Practera

Whilst I don't always pay it forwards as much as I would like to, one programme that I'm involved in that goes some way to address this is are the Practera short work experience projects. This is where groups of 5-7 undergraduate students spend 2 weeks bringing together a tailored research report to support the growth of my business. I'm on my second group now and I'm still blown away by the effort, ideas and enthusiasm of each of the groups. The research topics vary and I love providing the 'real life business' project brief for the group and engaging with everyone over the project duration. Also, I can tell you that I benefit from the process as much as the students (hopefully) do! So if you're considering getting involved I'd really recommend it.
