Refund & Returns Policy

 

Whilst we strive to always provide the highest quality products and service, there may be an occasion where you wish to return an order to us. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“CCR”) you have a right to cancel all or part of your contract within 14 days of receipt of your order, without providing a reason.  

You must notify us by email at info@rosalifestyle.co.uk with your customer order number and proof of purchase.  Please include the best way for us to get in touch with you, to enable us to process your refund or exchange.

Products ordered online may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once your return has been processed the refund can take up to 14 days.

This policy is effective as of 31 March 2022.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, Rosa Lifestyle Ltd will not reimburse the postage costs and the Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the products.

Damaged or Incorrect Products Delivered

We apologise if your order has arrived damaged or if you have received the wrong item.  Please contact us immediately to let us know, so we can take the issue up with our couriers.  We may also require proof of damage, so please take a photo and email it to us.
